New study shows 36% of Poles believe that the Presidential plane crash in Smolensk was an assassination.

A new study has shown that 36% of Poles believe that foul play was involved in the plane crash in western Russia which killed all 96 on board the TU-154, including President Lech Kaczynski.

The research, carried out by Millward Brown SMG / KRC for TVN24 found that 56% did not believe that the crash was due to third party involvement and 8% were not sure.

When asked about whether an international investigation should be set up, 63% answered ‘yes’ while ‘33% stated ‘no’.
